Justin Shiau is the founder and principal attorney of Athlon Legal, APC, a registered law corporation.
Justin is a Chicago native and obtained his B.A. in English from the University of Chicago. After college, Justin attended USC Law School, graduating with high honors in 2003. He has been a California licensed attorney for over 10 years.
Justin’s private practice focuses exclusively on estate planning and the representation of small businesses. He is a member of WealthCounsel, a national organization of estate planning attorneys who are committed to the highest standards of practice excellence.
Justin is actively involved in his local community. He serves on the board of the Financial Planning Association of San Gabriel Valley. He is also a member of the Pasadena Bar Association, the Asian Pacific American Bar Association, the San Gabriel Chamber of Commerce, the Monrovia Chamber of Commerce and the Alhambra Chamber of Commerce.
In addition to acting as pro bono legal counsel for Project by Project, Justin serves on the scholarship committee of USC’s Asian Pacific American Alumni Association. In the past, Justin has volunteered his legal expertise by providing seminars on estate planning to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, Habitat for Humanity, and the San Gabriel Chamber of Commerce.
In his spare time, Justin enjoys hiking and playing golf with his wonderful fiancé Stephanie. He is also an avid reader and plays the occasional game of tennis.
