Wendy is currently in her third year at Project by Project. She comes bringing 10 years of experience working in the Asian Pacific American non-profit community. Motivated by the concepts of community sustainability and empowerment, Wendy now works in San Francisco to improve access to services for limited English proficiency populations across the country.
As the National Director of Outreach, she hopes to build better community relations, create a record of impactful leadership, and support Project by Project leaders in their passion for providing service to the Asian Pacific American community.
In her spare time, Wendy does a lot of kendo, cooking and sleeping. She hopes to one day own a puppy. Wendy graduated with a B.A. in Economics and International Studies from the University of Washington and J.D. from the Catholic University of American- Columbus School of Law in Washington, D.C. She has been a board member of the Asian Pacific American Legal Resource Center in Washington D.C. and is currently on the Lethality Assessment Program Advisory Council for the Maryland Network Against Domestic Violence.
