15th Annual Plate by Plate presented by Project by Project LA

This year our Los Angeles Chapter showcased a signature lineup of artists, creators, and leaders who are driving the culinary culture of the sprawling metropolitan of the West. More diverse, more inventive, and more refined is what we delivered for our 20th anniversary celebration of our beloved organization!

Guests adorned with elegant dresses and suave suits arrived early in the evening to the Wallis Annenberg Building at the California Science Center. A total of 53 vendors were present to showcase their food and drinks. The night was hosted by a special MC duo comprised of YouTube sensations Cathy Nguyen and Mike Bow along with live music from Siena and Toast.

This year's food selections featured a savory and sweet library of eclectic tastes. From the bold and daring beef tartare from Kato to the creamy and  unique flavors of ice cream from Salt & Straw, no one left the extravaganza without their taste bud desires satiated.

To wrap up the night, the vaunted prize of Best Dish was bestowed to the marvelously delicious dish of lamb and bacon with dates from the hip and rustic eatery Wolf. Best Drink was awarded to the acclaimed restaurant Sotto with their creative Mieele di Netare, a concoction of Tito's Vodka, lemon, and Honey Meletti Amaro.

This year was an absolute success! This amazing evening was a product of unwavering support from our volunteers and our friends from San Francisco and New York.

Join Project by Project San Francisco for their 8th annual Plate by Plate on September 16, 2017 at Bespoke in San Francisco.

Come celebrate Project by Project’s 20th anniversary with over 35 of the Bay Area’s top-rated restaurants, breweries and wineries. This year’s participants will include Alexander's Steakhouse, Twenty Five Lusk, Le Colonial, Asahi, and many more! There will also be a silent auction, photo booths, live band and an after party from 10pm until 2am.
