OUTREACH

The Outreach team is the main liaison between PbP and other community-based organizations on the local level. Outreach oversees and manages local campaigns and relationships with beneficiary partners (both current and past) and ensures adherence to PbP’s policies regarding the partner.

Andy Tien

Director of Outreach

Andy joined Project by Project in 2023 and is currently the Director of Outreach for the New York Chapter. He graduated from Johns Hopkins with degrees in Materials Engineering and Computer Science. Andy currently works at Datadog as a software engineer. During his free time, he enjoys reading and playing tennis. Andy joined PbP to make an impact in the AAPI community and meet others who are also passionate about giving back.

Aaron Juguetta

Beneficiary Partner Volunteer Manager

Aaron joined PBP in 2023 to make a difference and develop lasting relationships within the Asian community. After having been a part of the non profit industry for four years prior to his role in Finance, Aaron wanted to continue making an impact in the improvement of others lives and himself.

Amanda Cao

Campaign Theme Awareness Manager

Amanda is currently a third year university student. However she has already completed nursing school at the age of 18 specializing in pediatric & psychiatric nursing. She pivoted into finance and has worked as a healthcare consultant at a startup and will be joining KPMG this upcoming summer in the healthcare advisory division. She joined the outreach team because she is passionate about bringing the Asian community together within her network. On her free time she enjoys teaching university students and raving.

QIAOCHU LI

LEAD & CASES Beneficiary Partner Manager

Yuxuan joined PbP in spring, 2024 as the LEAD & CASES Beneficiary Partner Manager, with a hope to meet new people in NYC & support the local AAPI community. Outside of PbP, Yuxuan is a full-time private equity consultant at Teneo, a boutique PE consultancy. He graduated from NYU with a major in Economics and minor in Computer Science. During his free time, he loves to play soccer, watch movies, and go hiking (hardly, since it's NYC:/ ).

Bonnie Chen

Outreach Team Member

Bonnie is native to the Chinatown, New York Community and interested in giving back to the community that she grew up in. Her background is in Finance Consulting and she has an interest in Entrepreneurship and helping others build generational wealth. She loves to backpack every year to a new destination, go on local food adventures with friends and try new hobbies!

Felita Li

Outreach Team Member

Felita is a second year outreach team member of Pbp NY. A Hong Kong native, she spends ten years in the city working as an architect specializing on luxury residential design. She spends her time cooking, enjoying her inner reflections in yoga sessions and ceramic making. See her hobby designs at Mottainai.

Spencer Tsao

Outreach Team Member

Spencer is a member of the Outreach team and recently graduated early from NYU with a double major in Finance & Data Science and a minor in Spanish. He joined Project by Project to continue his work in AAPI advocacy. At NYU, he led 5 different AAPI organizations and organized 100+ unique events, conferences, and cultural graduations featuring major celebrities, speakers, and vendors. He currently serves as Chief of Staff at a venture capital organization, EVCA, and he is an incoming investment banking analyst at Barclays. In his free time, Spencer enjoys hiking, Citi-Biking, various games, and performing and teaching Chinese Yo-Yo/Diabolo throughout the city.

Emily Chen

Outreach Team Member

Emily joined Project by Project in 2024 and is currently part of the Outreach Team. Born and raised in Philadelphia, Emily grew up participating in volunteer initiatives and youth mentorship programs as a mentee and mentor. She joins PbP with goals to pay it forward and remain connected to the community that helped create some of her fondest childhood memories. Emily graduated from The University of Pennsylvania with concentrations in Marketing and Business Analytics. She is currently working at PepsiCo as a Strategic Finance Associate Analyst. In her spare time, she enjoys exploring the New York food scene, taking scenic walks in Central Park, playing board games, and watching ballets at The Met.

Stephanie Yim

Outreach Team Member

Stephanie is a member of the Outreach team for Project by Project. Stephanie joined PbP because she wants to support the Asian American community while also developing her leadership skills and networking with other Asian American young professionals. Stephanie is originally from Michigan, and attended college at Vanderbilt University. She is currently a senior consultant in the healthcare space. In her free time, she likes to explore the city and find new bars that have good vibes. She also is an avid traveler and aims to travel to all 7 continents before 2030.

Pallavi Bhave

Outreach Team Member

Pallavi joined PbP in 2024 and is on the Outreach team. She joined PbP to develop her leadership skills and use her consulting background to volunteer for a good cause in the AAPI community. She majored in computer science and worked in the tech industry for 2 years and is now a consultant. During her free time, Pallavi reads (in a book club for motivation), hangs out with her friends, is learning bollywood dance, and tries to stay active by working out.
