TEAM & LEADERSHIP

The Team & Leadership team serves as the Human Resources division of Project by Project. The team focuses on enriching the PbP experience for our Steering Committee members by organizing team building events and instituting leadership development programs.

Clara Sze

Director of Team & Leadership

Coming back to PbP for a second year in the hopes to enhance the experience for fellow members as the T&L Director. Clara liked what PbP stood for as a group of Asian American young professionals advocating for each other and for the Asian American Community. Clara was born in NYC but grew up in the D[M]V area. Medical school brought her back to NY a few years ago. She is graduating residency this year and she hopes to give back to the community as a Family Medicine Practitioner in Chinatown. In her free time, she likes to play volleyball, hike, travel, meet new people and learn about new cultures.

Terrence Chan

Manager of Team Development and Culture

Has been volunteering for PBP for 5 years, looking to help the AAPI community in any type of positive way; either through park cleanups, soup kitchens and food drives, or networking and providing advice to younger folks. Has spent nearly 5 years in the Transaction Tax history between Brown Brothers Harriman and TD Cowen. Outside of work, he spends most of his time playing basketball, flag football, bike riding, cooking and even diving into writing screenplays! Maybe you'll see him on the big screen one day.

Nancy Ma

Team & Leadership Member

Nancy is a member of the Team and Leadership team for Project by Project. She is looking to meet like-minded people who want to do good for the community as well as further Asian-American interests in New York and around the country. After working as a paid media manager for a few years, she discovered her true calling and is now a software engineer at a fin-tech company. In her free time, you can find her jet-setting across the globe, at music concerts, or on the couch watching Netflix with her current snack obsession.

Harrison Wang

Team & Leadership Member

This will be Harrison's second year with PbP. Harrison appreciates the community and wants to support the AAPI causes that PBP stands behind. Born in Taipei and growing up with NJ roots, he's now a NYC resident for the past 10 years. In his free time, he likes to rock climb, watch EDM shows and play tennis.

Ryan Situ

Team & Leadership Member

Ryan Situ is currently a senior at Macaulay Honors, majoring in Human Resources Management at Baruch College. By joining PbP's Team & Leadership team, Ryan wants to help uplift the AAPI community and make a difference in any way he can. Ryan is now interning at two different companies, HUGO BOSS and Elemis and plans to continue his career path in HR. He also loves to travel and try new food!
