OPERATIONS
The Operations team acts as the gears that make Project by Project work. Operations manages chapter logistics, IT, historical, and organization duties. Operations also maintains organization policies, email infrastructure, data storage, and chapter equipment/supplies and works directly with all other teams to provide logistical support.
Brian Chan
Director of Operations
Brian has 9 years of working experience as a data product manager, having worked in the supply chain, logistics, and ed-tech industries. He loves analytics, visualizations, and telling an immersive data story for all things in life. Off the job, he's an avid community leader, having been in Project by Project the past 3 years, and loves to cook, and plays piano and saxophone. Most recently, he's been traveling the world as a digital nomad before landing in NYC and starting his journey of self-discovery and growth on the east coast!
Grace Calip
Program Manager
Grace was inspired to join Project by Project's NY Chapter after attending their 2022 Annual Tasting Benefit. She joined as the Outreach team's Campaign Awareness Manager to foster her leadership skills while creating an impact in the AAPI community. Grace graduated from the University at Buffalo and where she studied Finance and Marketing. She currently works as a Financial Analyst for an advertising agency at IPG Mediabrands. Outside of volunteering and working, she enjoys dancing, video games, puzzles, and dabbling in different hobbies.
Wilson Lo
Data Analytics Manager
Wilson is a Data Analytics Manager on the Operations Team for the New York Chapter of Project by Project. Having graduated from Baruch College with a degree in Operations Management, he wanted to use his skillset to advance his community. In his free time he enjoys going to the gym, watching films, and meeting with friends.
Shrina Patel
Operations Team Member
Shrina joined the operations team for PbP NY to help make a difference in the community, contribute to positive change and pursue their passion for social, environmental and humanitarian causes. She is completing her undergraduate degree, majoring in Psychology and is preparing to pursue a master’s degree. Outside of college and PbP, Shrina takes pleasure in exploring local eateries to savor authentic cultural cuisines, indulging in marathon sessions of show-watching, reading research papers covering various topics within psychology. She is constantly on the lookout to adopt new hobbies.
Kevin Chan
Operations Team Member
Kevin is a member of the Operations team for the NY chapter of PbP. He joined to help give back to the local community through volunteering activities and has been involved with multiple non-profit organizations. He has worked as a product manager for many industries and enjoys hiking, reading, and broadway shows.
Priscila Flores
Operations Team Member
Priscila Flores is currently a driven Operations Team Member at Project by Project. Presently pursuing a major in Psychology and a minor in Economics at Queens College, Priscila is passionate about gaining leadership experience while contributing to meaningful projects. Outside her academic pursuits, she enjoys Pilates, traveling, music, fashion, and skincare. With a part-time role as a Medical Assistant and Receptionist at a pain management office, Priscila brings valuable communication skills and compassion to her work with Project by Project.
